  Ensure the perfume remains in its original cellophane wrapping and protective casing; place the item securely in its original shipping box to prevent transit damage.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the pre-paid luxury courier label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control experts verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
